سطر الشاب الأردني محمد مصطفى نمر قصة نجاح متميزة استطاع فيها تجاوز التحديات والوصول إلى مراكز متقدمة كمدرب وخبير في صناعة البوظة العربية وإنتاج الحلويات والعمل مع كبرى الشركات العالمية الإيطالية بهذا المجال.
محمد الذي التحق عام 2010 في تخصص إنتاج الحلويات في معهد ماركا للتدريب المهني لم يكن يعلم القدر الجميل الذي ينتظره بعد ذلك إلا أنه وبسبب إيمانه باللّه عز وجل أولاً ثم عمله الجاد واجتهاده ومواصلة حرصه على التطوير المستمر استطاع أن يسطر قصة نجاح متميزة وملهمة له ولأقرانه.
لم يستسلم محمد للظروف التي تواجهه هو وعائلته بل قرر أن يتحداها بعزم وتصميم وإصرار على بلوغ الغايات، فاختار أن يحصل على شهادة مهنية من معهد التدريب المهني ماركا الذي فتح له أفاقا واسعة في مجاله، كما استطاع بالتزامن مع ذلك اجتياز امتحان الثانوية العامة بنجاح، ولأنه كان متميزا فعلاً، وضمن اتفاقية تعاون بين مؤسّسة التدريب المهني والأكاديمية الملكية لفنون الطهي حصل على منحة كاملة للتدريب في الأكاديمية وتخرج منها عام 2011 متسلحا بشهادات مهنية ممتازة وخبرة عملية لا تقدر بثمن أهلته للحصول على فرصة للعمل في شركة إيطالية تقوم بصناعة المواد الخام لصناعة الجيلاتو (البوظة لإيطالية) .
محمد يعمل حاليا مسؤول تدريب للشرق لأوسط ودول الخليج في إحدى الشركات الإيطالية بالقطاع الخاص وقدم العديد من الدورات المهنية للعاملين بهذا المجال محلياً ودولياً.
ينصح محمد الشباب بأهمية التحاقهم ببرامج مهنية توفر لهم مهارات وخبرات للالتحاق بالقطاع الخاص والحصول على فرصة اقتصادية مستدامة.

From Vocational Training to a Global Trainer and Expert
Mohammad Mustafa Nimer, Jordanian youth, has penned an exceptional success story, overcoming challenges and reaching new heights as a trainer and expert in Arabic ice cream. He now works with leading global Italian companies in this field.
Enrolling in the Vocational program at the Marka Vocational Training Institute in 2010, Mohammad had no idea of the wonderful destiny that awaited him. However, through his faith in Allah then his hard work and dedication, he managed to write an inspiring success story for himself and his peers.
Mohammad did not succumb to the challenges he and his family faced. Instead, he decided to confront them with determination, perseverance, and a resolve to achieve his goals. He chose to obtain a vocational certificate from the Marka Vocational Training Institute, which opened up wide horizons for him in his field. Concurrently, he successfully passed the general secondary school exam. Due to his exceptional performance and a cooperation agreement between the Vocational Training Corporation and the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, he received a full scholarship to train at the academy, graduating in 2011 with excellent vocational certificates and invaluable practical experience that qualified him for a job opportunity with an Italian company producing raw materials for gelato ( ice cream).
Mohammad currently works as a Middle East and Gulf training manager for a private Italian company. He has conducted numerous professional training courses for industry professionals both locally and internationally.
Mohammad advises young people on the importance of enrolling in vocational programs that provide them with the skills and experience to join the private sector and secure sustainable economic opportunities.
He encourages you not to wait for opportunities but to help create them. Enroll in vocational training programs offered by the Vocational Training Corporation's institutes and licensed dual training providers authorized by the Higher Council for Vocational Training and Technical Skills Development.
