رحلةٌ نحو المعرفة والتميز:
التحقت رؤى بمعهد تدريب مهني الزرقاء اناث عام 2021، مُتحمّسةً لتعلم مهارات جديدة تُساعدها على تحقيق طموحاتها. لم تكتفِ رؤى ببرنامج التدريب المهني، بل حرصت على مواصلة تعليمها، فنجحت في الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة خلال فترة تواجدها في المعهد.
مهاراتٌ تُثري الواقع العملي:
أثبتت رؤى خلال فترة تدريبها الميداني في أحد مراكز العلاج الطبيعي في محافظة الزرقاء مهاراتٍ مُتميّزة وقدرةً عالية على إنجاز المهام الوظيفية المطلوبة منها.
فرصةٌ تُثمر عن إنجاز:
لم يُثنِ رؤى نجاحها عن السعي لتحقيق المزيد، فلم تكتفِ بفرصة العمل المتاحة لها، بل سجلت في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية للحصول على شهادة الدبلوم في المحاسبة، وكان لها ما أرادت بتوفيق وفضل اللّه.
نموذجٌ يُلهم الأجيال:
تُمثّل رؤى نموذجًا يُلهم الشباب والشابات الأردنيين، حيث تُؤكّد على أهمية برامج التدريب المهني في فتح آفاق واسعة وتوفير فرص عمل مُجزية في مختلف القطاعات.

تُشجّع رؤى الشباب على الانضمام إلى برامج التدريب المهني، واكتساب المهارات العملية التي تُساعدهم على تحقيق النجاح والتميز في مسيرتهم المهنية.
يشار إلى أنه تم تطوير برنامج منسق إداري طبي في معاهد مؤسّسة التدريب المهني VTC بشراكة كريمة مع مشروع التمكين الاقتصادي والتطوير الوظيفي للمرأة في الأردن WE LEAD الممول من الحكومة الكندية وتنفذه جمعية الخدمة الجامعية العالمية في كندا WUSC بالشراكة مع الشركة الكندية للاستشارات الدولية Clic

She joined Al-Zarqa Vocational Training Institute for Girls in 2021, eager to learn new skills that would help her achieve her aspirations. Roua did not stop at the vocational training program, but was keen to continue her education, and she succeeded in obtaining her high school diploma during her time at the institute.
Skills that Enrich Practical Reality:
During her field training period at one of the physiotherapy centers in Al-Zarqa Governorate, She demonstrated exceptional skills and a high ability to perform the required job duties.
An Opportunity that Yields Achievement:
Roua success did not deter her from striving to achieve more, as she did not stop at the job opportunity available to her, but registered at Al-Balqa'a Applied University to obtain a diploma in accounting, and she achieved what she wanted with the grace of Allah.

Roua represents a model that inspires Jordanian youth, as she emphasizes the importance of vocational training programs in opening up wide horizons and providing rewarding job opportunities in various sectors.

It should be noted that a medical administrative coordinator program has been developed at the Vocational Training institutes in gracious partnership with WE LEAD Women's Economic Linkages and Employment Development which is funded by the Government of Canada through Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and implemented by WUSC (World University Service of Canada) in partnership with CLIC (Canadian Leaders in International Consulting).
